What you’ll do

• Process orders and returns using King ERP and HubSpot.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Support sales activities and contribute to commercial projects.
• Report on order status, customer feedback, and trends to improve processes.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing.

What we’re looking for

• MBO/HBO level of education and thinking.
• Multilingual: fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (King), HubSpot, MS Office, and Google Drive is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Analytical, accurate, and proactive.
• Affinity with sports (cycling, triathlon, running, or swimming).
• Flexible and comfortable working in a growing, dynamic SME environment.
