Personal data that we process
2moso processes your personal data as a result of your utilisation of our products and services and/or because you have provided us with this data yourself.

Here is a list of the personal data that we process:
- First name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Address details
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- IP address
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by phone
- Location details
- Data about your activities on our website
- List of the customer’s contact details via an app
- Internet browser and type of device
- Bank account number. 

Which data we process depends on the type of business or other relationship: actual or potential customer, supplier, personnel, the press, and so on. You can contact us at any time if you have questions about this.

Personal data that we process that is special and/or sensitive
2moso may process the following special and/or sensitive personal data about yourself:
- photos on which your face is visible (such as photos on your CV)
- membership of a trade union
- BSN (= burgerservicenummer / citizen service number)
- credit(worthiness) check.

At 2moso, it is possible to pay at a later date for the products you buy. In order to make this possible and to protect you and ourselves against misuse, we have your creditworthiness checked. We do this by providing the necessary personal data (including your address details) to a credit rating agency, which is only allowed to use this data for this purpose.

Which data we process depends on the type of business or other relationship: actual or potential customer, supplier, personnel, the press, and so on. You can contact us at any time if you have questions about this.

Data of persons who are younger than 16 years old
It is not the intention of our website and/or service to collect data about website visitors who are less than 16 years old unless they have the permission of their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is at least 16 years old. Accordingly, we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent data about their children from being collected without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission then please contact us by e-mail at info@2moso.com, stating as your subject ‘Privacy legislation’. We will then delete this information.

The purpose for which and the basis on which we process personal data
2moso processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To settle your payment
- To send you our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
- To be able to phone you or e-mail you if we need to do so in order to provide our service
- To inform you about changes to our products and services
- To give you the option of creating an account
- To deliver goods and services to you.
Note that 2moso also processes personal data when we are under a statutory obligation to do so, for instance for data that we need for our tax return.

Automated decision-making process
2moso does not use automated processings to take decisions about matters that could have significant (or other) consequences for persons. This is a reference to decisions that are taken by computer programs or computer systems without any input from a person such as an employee of 2moso.

The period of time for which we retain data
2moso does not retain your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data has been collected. Sharing personal data with third parties
2moso shares your personal data with certain third parties when we need to do so to carry out the agreement and/or to comply with any statutory obligation. We enter into a processor’s agreement with those companies that process your data on our instructions, this agreement ensuring that your data receives the same high level of protection and confidentiality. 2moso remains responsible for these processings. In addition, 2moso provides certain other third parties with your personal data but only does so with your explicit consent. These other third parties may include:
● bookkeeper, Belastingdienst (the Netherlands Tax and Customs Administration)
● newsletter system
● 2moso website.

Cookies and similar techniques that we deploy
2moso uses functional, analytical and social cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. 2moso uses cookies that have a purely technical functionality. These cookies are not only used to ensure that the website works properly and to optimise it but also (for instance) to retain your preferred settings.

We will have already informed you about these cookies upon your first visit to our website, at which time we will have also asked for your permission to place them. You can prevent cookies being used with you by configuring your Internet browser such that it no longer stores these cookies. In addition, you can use your browser settings to delete all the information that was previously stored.

On our website, cookies are also placed by third parties. These include the social media companies, as well as by Google so that the latter can measure website statistics.

Viewing, amending and deleting data
You have the right to view, correct and/or delete your personal data. You are also entitled to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your personal data by 2moso and you also have the right to data transferability. This means that you can ask us to send - to yourself or to another organisation that you name - the personal data of yours that we hold in a computer file.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or submit a request to withdraw your consent for the data processing, or else submit an objection to the processing of your personal data, by e-mail to info@2moso.com, stating as your subject ‘Privacy legislation’.

In order to be sure that the request to view (etc.) has been made by yourself, we ask you to attach a copy of your identity document with your request. Make sure that in this copy you black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, which is the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport page), your passport number and your Burgerservicenummer (BSN/citizen service number). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and will in any case do so within four weeks.

How we protect personal data
2moso takes the protection of your data very seriously and has already implemented appropriate measures to combat misuse, loss, unauthorised access and/or amendment, and inappropriate disclosure. If you have the impression that your data is not being properly protected or that there are indications of misuse then please get in touch with us by e-mail at info@2moso.com, stating as your subject ‘Privacy legislation’.
