Technical Support Specialist with a Passion for Cycling and Running (M/F)
Full-time – 40 hours per week | €2,500–3,600 | Maassluis

What you’ll do:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’re the go-to hero for our customers and brands. With expertise, service, and friendliness, you ensure every question — from technical advice to order status — is handled smoothly. Your work is essential to our community’s satisfaction.
Your daily tasks include:

  • Providing technical product advice via phone and email.
  • Answering questions about orders and deliveries.
  • Managing our CRM system and efficiently following up on all contacts.
  • Handling complaints and proactively finding solutions.
  • Contributing ideas and improvements for our support processes.
  • Keeping our website’s FAQ and issue descriptions up to date.
  • Processing returns both administratively and physically.

What we ask of you:

  • You’re a technically skilled person with a passion for sports — especially cycling, swimming, or running. You’re familiar with sports apps, comfortable helping customers, and a true team player who doesn’t give up easily.
  • Experience working in a digital environment, preferably with CRM systems (Hubspot, King, and Google Workspace are a plus!).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Speak German too? That’s a definite advantage!
  • Independent, responsible, and proactive.
  • Analytical, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
  • Preferably living in or near Maassluis.
